SYDNEY, March 15. The Redistribution of Seats Commission has issued maps of tho rearrangements of the country electorates. They reduce the 'number of representatives from 30 to 17. The Arbitration Court -has ■decided that strike levies are illegal and; cannot be enforced. It was also decided' that the local shipping Act does not distinguish between an A.B. and an ordinary seaman, the term being intended to cover ordinary seamen.
