Nominations for events No. 3, 4 5 6 7 S, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17 close' on Wednesday 23rd March, a t S p.m. with the secretary, and must bo accompanied by the necessary lees and a statement of performances for the last two years, if no performances during that period, last three performances. In open events there are to be three starters or no second prize, no third prize unless six starters. All protests to be lodged with the Secretary within five minutes of finish of race accompanied by 5s which amount is to be forfeited if the protest is deemed, frivilous. Handicaps will be declared on TUESDAY, March 29th. The whole of the events will be conducted under the rules of the Feilding Athletic Club. Ashhurst Band in Attendance. Prizes and toys for the children distributed during the day. Sport and amusement for all. First race to start punctually at !12 noon. Admission to ground Is, children 6d, under six free.
