Chbistchukch, July 31. Judgment was given by. Mr Justice Denniston this morning at the Appeal Court in the case of Bowron v. Stace, an appeal from the Magistrate's decision whereby £100 damages was awarded to Stace for injuries sustained by reason of his confirming to an order of a person placed .111 superiority over him The appeal was dismissed.
