Mowlera— That a cheese and butter factory be established |at Karere. 1 ; ,\ / 1 Proposed by Mr 0. Collis, seconded by Mr V. Monrad-s-That a company be formed wivh a capital of £3000 m 1000 shares of £3 each : £1500 tojbe called up. Proposed by; Mr V. Monrad, sec-' onded-by^Mr ;T,~V.f^#itehings— Tha* this meeting receives the offer of Mr O.
