A Flourisning Industry.
fWanganui Paper. j We were glad to find, from a visit paid yesterday to Mr McDaS's coach factory m Campbell Place, that ths local industry is flourishing and busy, and is keeping up the reputation it has acquired far and wide for good work. Mr McDnffhas just finished three hand carts, exactly similar, for the Taranaki Farmers' Co-operative Association ; and a covered brake, made to the order of Mr Jones, of Palmerston, and intended to run between that town and Woodville and Danevirke, m the Seventy Mile Bash. Mr McDuff has also recently turned out a two-seated canoe-iron ted farm waggon, for Auckland, and has m the factory now a handsome sociable phreton, built to the order of Mr William Aitken, of this town. Ifc is very satisfactory to find our Wanganui coachlmilder so widely patronised and appreciated.
