This was a petition of the husbamJ, who ia a medical gentleman residing m Feildiug, praying for a divorce from his wife on the grounds of her adultery with one WiU ham Moore, who was formerly engaged m a store at Feilding, but who is now -taid to be managing a store at iiakaia, Canterbury.
