The Special Commission, m DubUn, appointed to try prisoners indicted for conspiracy and murder, was closed yesterday, and the special jurors were discharged after senteuce had been passed for the last six prisoners. The Dublin assassin, Joe Brady's, execution on the i4th was an impressive scene ; over 4000 people collected outside Kilmainham Gaol, which was guarded by a battalion of Foot Guards. The prisoner, who behaved with fortitude, wa3 attended by two priests up to ilia lootmomont. Ouiloj- t^<*t ayaiMltocl next morning, when a similar scene occurred. O'Donovan Rossa's followers mpt m New York on the 6th, and denounced the work of the Philadelphia Convention. Rossa boasted of the Westminister explosion, and threatened more dynamite work during the next few months. The meetiug decided to form a new revolutionary body under the name of the Irish Revolutionary Brothernood. The public business m Parliament ia seriously m arrear. Very few measures announced m the Queen's Speech have a chance of becoming law. Even m the new Standing Committees, business makes slow progress, only one-eighth of the clauses of the Rank-, ruptcy Bill being- as yet disposed of.
