This Bil l lepeals sections 28 arid §9 of the iVlining Companies A.cfc, 1872, and m lieu thereof provides that blank forms of transfer shall not bo? valid, and that trunsfers may be made on a separate, document. The ; transferee of shares, shall continue to be chargeable tor twelve" months for any debt incurred prior to the transfer; Nocal^tipon the shares m any Ctampany shsll be made after the presenting of a petition to wind it up. The amount of any unpaid call miy be recovered by the Manager with' inte-est «nd costs m any Court of com : petent jurisdiction. The holder of forfeited shares shall be liable fqr any debt contracted before the forfeit are of his shares.
