We quote good feed, 2s 3d ; short milling, 2s 6d ; fowls' wheat, 3s to 3s 3d ; maize, 4s 3s ; barley, 3s 6d per bushel ; pollard, L 5 10s ; bran, L 4 10s : chaff, L 4 ; onions, L 8 per ton ; potatoes, several shipments have arrived since last Quotations, but as the quality was very inferior, some were sold as low as 25s per ton, but tor really fine quality -we quote li 35sto L 3 10s, with a prospect of advance. George 'Thomas reports produce price s as follows ; No alteration has taken place m flour this month, and quotations still remain at Lll 15s, 1 for sacks. Oais are exceedingly dull j several large parcels having arrived, has had the effect of weakening market rates. For really good feed oats I quote 2s 6d, and milling, 2s 7d to 2s 8d ; several shipments of inferior samples have been cleared at 2s 2d to i2s3d j bran, Li 10s ; pollard L 5 15s ; ! towl wheat, 3s 6d to 3s 9d ; oatmeal, iLI4; bacon (Canterbury), B£J ; hams, , 10£ : farmers' cure 7d all round • i cheese, 6^ fco 7d, wich active enquiry ; ! butter, 9£ to 10^d ; potatoes, L3ss ' to L 3 10~* ; onions.
