Tbe son came back alone, and stated that his mother had remained behind to pay a visit to some patients m the hospital. A t nightfall M. Fremy having grown anxious, went out with his soa, and found the body of Maiame Fremy m a pool of blood, with her artery cut. Suspicion fell upon the son, and Af . Fremy pere had actually to sign the warrant for h is , son's apprehension. The prisoner is a' well known young lawyer m Pari-.
