NOTICE is hereby given, that on and after the 6th day of November, 1872, the provisions of “ The Cattle Trespass Act, 1867,” will be enforced on my land, Sections, Nos. 19 and 45, Grove, near Picton ; and I further hereby give notice, that it is my intention to claim damages for all cattle trespassing upon the said lands, and upon such portions thereof# as are fenced or unfenced, together with driving fees.
