FALL OF MINSK.
LONDON, July, ]3. A" Warsaw communique admits the loss of Minsk and adds that fighting continues south and south-east of Minsk. A Bolshevik regiment operating in. the Polish rear was annihilated. In the Rovno sector the enemy are inactive, owing to the dofeht suffered on the 10th.
