LABOR JOINS THE THIRD PARTY.

The New York Times's Chicago correspondent telegraphs that an agreement has finally been reached "by which" the National Labor Party lias joined the Third Party. All the ■elements will soon meet in a common Convention to adopt a platform and choose candidates. The name of the party has not yet been decided on. The amalgamation is considered to ho a victory for the Radical elements, who are now expected to dominate the party's activity.
