Professor 'Bray, an English professor who was for thirty years in Russia, iiwo years of which were under the regime of the Bolsheviks, who sentenced him to death, interviewed, stated that the conditions in Russia vtre appalling, arid it was impossible to exaggerate them. Life was the cheapest thing in the country. Terrorism reigned everywhere.
