FRENCH STEAMER SUNK. CREW PICKED CP. a (Received July 26.' 3.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 25. Two submarines sank the French steamer Pan«e, bound from Liverpool to Archangel, eighty miles from Cape Wrath. A trawler picked up the crew. ■
