(Ttecewed Feb. 4, :0.40 pan.) PETROGRAD, Feb. 3. A communique etaltes: —The 'Germans, constantly harassed by cavalry, have fallen back on IJipno. A 'German attack north ward of Borjimoff was repulsed with heavy losses. '.."• Their attempts southwards of Pilitza wei*e unsuccesSfiil.
We advanced to a point in the Dukla Pass almost in the interior. We traversed the principal 'height, capturing guns, howitzers, and many prisoners. We repelled a.n attack south-east of the Uszok Pass, with enormous Ger r man losses.
We annihilated a battalion-south-east or the Beskrd l*ass.
