Some tramway plans, which, were x<&> cently found to be missing at/Napier', and which at first were thought to have been stolen, have been recovered. They were found lyiug on. tihtef road in one of the main streets of the town. It seems that some children found them and took them home to •their mother, who, apparently, thinking the paper was eminently suitable' for covering jam jars, placed them OK a shelf for that purpose.
