ST. PETERSBURG, June 12. The Tsar's telegram to King Peter and King Ferdinand reminded them that they were pledged to submit to Russia any differences. Therefore, he asked thorn to remain true to their obligations. He warned them that vr&r between the Allies would not leave him indifferent. He reserved to himself all liberty concerning Russia's attitude towards the results of such a criminal struggle.
