LONDON WOOL SALES.
The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co Ltd., are in receipt of the following cable advice from their London office dated 29th inst:-The sales nave closed. As compared with last sales closing rates prices are higher about part to 5 per cent, for crossDred. lambs, scoured merino super and medium greasy crossbred. Prices are Higher about 5 per cent, for greasy merino super and inferior, scoured me"no medium and fine greasy crossbred. Prices are higher about 5 per cent, to 71 per cent, for greasy merino medium and lambs. Prices are about the same for crossbred scoured coarse greasy crossbred and crossbred shpe. A total of 130,000 bales were sold and 5000 held over. lallow: We quote present spot values for the following descriptions: Fine mutton 39s 6d per cwt, good beef 35s 3d, mixed 33s 6d. Market
