A FEMALE FEDERATION
MILITANTS DECLARE A TRUCE
, [press association.] LONDON, Jan. 15. Eighteen of the non-militant women's suffrage societies have federated, in order to secure united action.
Women's Social and Political Union, though not included, sympathises with the new federation.
While the Franchise Bill is being debated the militants have declare! a truce.
