LONDON, Dec. 31. A serious difficulty has arisen in woath Wales, owing to the decision of the- High Court that miners are liable "to work sixty extra hours annually. The owners are claiming £960,000 damages owing to men not working these extra hours.

The sniners 5 representatives threaten to terminate the wages agreement in March unless the owners forego this claim for damages. There are 150,----000 men involved.in the dispute.
