She seized the weapon as her husband fired, and the bullet went through the palm of her hand. The Mian again tried to direct the muzzle towards her, and this time the snot went through, the other hand. A son and daughter then arrived, attracted by their mother's screams, and wrenched the weapon away. They took their mother away, and two men passing entered the place, but Oliver soared them away by his violence, locked the house up, and cut his throat with a long-bladed knife. Constable Wainwright broke in the back door; Oliver slipped out by the front, and the constable chased him. Oliver struggled, to evade> arrest, but the loss of blood was too much. for: him. He is a man of violent temper, and had frequent disagreements in his family.
