CLEMENT WRAGGE ON THE SITUATION.
"NGATA" NOW RAGING. AN INTERFERING SUN. DUNEDIN, June 14. Mr Clement Wragge, who is at present in Dunedin, states that all New .Zealand is now under the influence of a great Antarctic depression named. "JNgataj" which came true to time, the barometer having fallen 1.350 inch since Saturday morning. With the rethe pressure heavy southerly weather and rain will probably be experienced, and the conditions are most over the entire Tasman Sea. With respect to earthquakes, the conditions are still favourable for seismic actions in various parts of the world, and such are due mainly to solar influences and secondarily to the astronomical position of the moon. Cosniical ethrical vibrations appear to be acting on our sun. (and through :Him on the earth) from a dark sun remote from our solar system.
