Mr E. J. Harvey has been appointed Secretary of the newlyformed Bienheim branch of the National Defence League. The local police have received a telegram from Constable Tarrant, at Picton, stating that a man named Toms died suddenly this afternoon on & launch, and that an inquest would be necessary.
