(Received June 11, 8.15 a.m.) LONDON, June 1.0. Mr John Redmond, speaking in the House of Commons, said that the Budget was bad, unjust and oppressive. Old-age pensions would certainly benefit Ireland to the extent of 2| millions, but the money could have been spent to the greater benefit of Ireland in increasing transport and general development. The Nationalists have decided to vote against the'second reading of ■the Finance Bill.
