LYTTELTON, June 9. At the annual meeting of the Licensing Committee to-day, Sergt. Ryan reported that there had been # a marked increase of drinking in Lyttelton during the past six months. The hotel-keepers agreed to ten o'clock closing instead of eleven, as in the past. • •
