[rrebs association.] (Received June 4, 11.55 p.m.) XONDON, June 4. Accompanying the notice issued by the Ministerial WhJPs for the reassembling of Parliament was a circular inquiring whether the recipient would be willing to attend the House until October, and whether, in the event of a holiday, he would be prepared to divide;it iiito a fortnight in -one month and a'fortnight in another. The Times protests against this attempt to arrange'batches of relays to <effect Ministerial purposes by exhaustion of the Opposition.
