DUNEDIN, May 19. The oats market is rather dull, but A grade oats, especially Gartons, continue to sell well for shipment. The difficulty of obtaining freight to the Home Country prohibits business in that direction to a large extent. Quotations :-r—A grade Gartohs Is 7d; A grade. Sparrowbills Is 6d to Is 6Jd, medium Is 4j.d to Is s£d, inferior and soft oats Is 2|d to Is 4d. No heavy business has been done ■in' wheat during the week, as anillers are well stocked, and will not buy at farmers' ideas of value. There is fair inquiry for prime velvet and prime milling at 4s to 4s Id, medium >3s lid to 3s ll|d:; fowl .wheat is in good supply,, and sells slowly at following prices: Best 3s 9d to 3s lOd, medium ;3s 5d to 3s 7d, broljen and damaged 2& .6d to 3s. ,
