The Kia Ora Dairy Co.'s creamery at Te Aral has been destroyed by fire. The cause is unknown. The creamery and plant are insured for £350 in the Victoria office. The damage is estimated at £500.

The insiira'nces are £225 in the National on .the (house and £100 on the furniture in the Royal. > Yesterday morning an unoccupied , house, owned by Leonard. Inghani and situated in Toitbi Valley, was burned ' to t<he ground. The origin of the fire ' is a niy&tery, ias the place had been | itntenaiiited for tliree weeks. Some ( fiuinitiire and effects belonging to a , man named Amos Mullinger, who had been sleeping there and having his meals at Ingham's, and also about £30 worth of furniture the property of Imgham, were destroyed. The house was uninsured.
