THE INDIANA HORROR.

THE POLICE THEORY.

A GREAT MURDER SYNDICATE.

SUPPOSED GIRL DECOY.

[press association.] (Received May 9, 8.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, May 8. Mrs Guinness is a woman of 48: years of age, handsome, and possessed^ of extraordinary strength. Thirteen bodies have been exhumed on the farm. They were buried with chloride of lime.

It is expected that more will be found.

The police suspect Mrs Guinness of being a receiver of bodies of victims assassinated by a Chicago murder gang. The bodies were dismembered, apparently by an expert. Bessie Wallace, a pretty girl of 20, has been arrested on suspicion of acting as a decoy in connection with Mrs: Guinness's seductive matrimonial advertisements.

The police believe that they are on the track of one of the greatest murder syndicates of the age. Five big trunks were recently delivered at the farm from Chicago. They were placed in a secret room in the basement, and opened only by Mrs Guinness.
