In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act, ltOO," and , Amendments thereof: T^OTICE is hereby given that at a -L^l Special Meeting of the Borough Council, held on Friday, the 24th instant, it was resolved, on the motion of the Mayor, seconded by Councillor Shaw, that a Special Order in accordance with Sections 73 and 351 of " Th« Municipal Corporations Act," 1900, be made as follows— That, in the opinion of this Council, the portions of the Borough known as Collie's Hollow and Lock-up Creek (shown on plans prepared and submitted to the Council by Mr E. Combes) have become in an insanitary condition. FartherThat the necessary steps be instituted to take and acquire, under Section 351 of "The i Municipal Corporations Act, 1900," and amendments there of, and "The Public Works Act, 1894," and amendments thereof, the parcels of land in the town of Blenheim known as Collie's Hollow and Lock-up Creek (shown on plans prepared and submitted to the Council by Mr E. Combes) for the purposes of the improvement of those insanitary portions of the Borough, And, That a Special Meeting of the Council shall be held on FRIDAY, the 29th day of July, at 8 p.m., at the Council Chambers,' Blenheim, to confirm the said Special Order and resolution.
