PAlmbrston N., October 14. The Supreme Court was resumed this morning before Mr Justice Edwards. The appeal case of Herriott v. the police, an appeal against the Magistrate's decision convicting Herriott of exposing liquor for sale, was argued. Judgment was reserved.
