Handicaps for St. George's Handicap and Half-Mile declared on Friday, 17th April. Acceptances for St. George's Handicap and Half-Mile close on the ground at 1 p.fti. on 22nd April with the Secretary. All running costumes to be approved of by the Committee. All disputes to be decided at or as soon after the event as. possible. All competitors must send in their , last 12 months' performances, or if no performances during that time the last three. Any competitor going off his mark bafore the report of the pistol will be pub back one yard for each offence. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter or amend the programme during the day. Competitors must be on their mark at the call of time. Any competitor absenting himself will be disqualified. In all cases of dispute the decision of the Committee shall be final. The Committee reserve the right to postpone the sports from d^y to day through inclemency of the weather. St George's Handicap to be decided by points ; Ist, 5 points ; 2nd, 3 points ; 3rd, 2 points.
