Press Association. Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received April 15, 9.30 a.m. London, April 14. News has been received that a terrible outbreak of smallpox has occurred at Saghalien. The burials scarcely keep pace with the death?.
[Saghalien ia a large island or peninsula off the east coast o£ Chinese Tartary, and occupied by Russia. It has an area of 32,000 square miles and is thinly peopled.]
