Amsterdam, April 11. The Dutch Upper House is hastening the passage of the Anti Strike Bill.
The strike leaders, fearing punishment, have recommended a general cessation of the strike.
The extreme element has repudiated this action on the part of the leaders, but the strike is collapsing.
