OUTSIDE HELP NOT EXPECTED. BOERS WILL CONQUER OR DIE. ABSOLUTE INDEPENDENCE CLAIMED. AMNESTY FOR DISLOYALISTS. London, March 20. President Kruger, m the course of an interview, said he did not expecu outside help. Forty thousand Boers were fighting to conquer or die. He would accept no convention, and claimed absolute independence and amnesty for disloyalists. President Kruger recently admitted the Boers were unable to keep the field for a month.
