_ — + [UNITED PREB3 ASSOCIATION.] Napier, April 12. John Fitzgerald and Wiliam Wilson, who stand committed on a charge of murdering Jas. Melntosh, were this morning arraigned on a charge of robbery and violence. As the evidence was exactly similar to that m the murder case the charge was temporarily withdrawn, the Crown Prosecutor intimating he would prefer an indictment against the accused m the Supreme Court for robbery with violence m addition to that of murder.
