WEST AUSTRALIAN LOAN.
MARK TWAIN. London, April 26. The West Australian Government has issued a 3^ per cent loan of three quarters of a million with a minimum of 99. The price at which the loan is offered has surprised the market. The trial of Oscar Wilde and Taylor has begun m Old Bailey. Mark Twain visits Australia at the end of the year.
