SALISBURY THREATENS IRELAND WITH COERCION.
[ London, Deo 8. At a Conservative banquet m the Oity last night, the Marquis of Salisbury delivered a speech m which he welcomed tho important co operation of the Marquis of Harfcington with reference to the Irish question, and pointed out that the Unionist Liberals were gradually increasing m number. He declared that the Irish people were being <le v ceived, and only the stern enforcing of the law would undeceive them.
