The premises are now in the occupation of J. Guilford and Son, Wool Staplers and Fellmongers, and comprise a new and commodious Dwellinghouse, with Garden and Out-offices, a Woolshed, Sweating-house, Pulling-shod, Wash-ing-tank and Pits, with every convenience for carrying on a large and lucrative business. A NEVER-FAILING STREAM of soft and pure water runs thiough the Property, the which is securely fenced. The Terminus or the Blenheim and Picxon Railway will be within five minutes’ walk of the house, a portion of the line running along one side of the Property. Private circumstances rendering it necessary for the present owner to leave the Province, is the only reason for offering it for sale.
