Received.— Letters signed “Minim” (too late and too long), and “ A Free Man,” both reserved till our next issue. W e beg to repeat that letters must be received before noon on Thursdays ; be legibly written on one side the paper only ; and not exceed four pages of note paper. A deviation from these rules will cause unavoidable delay in our compliance with the wish of the writers.
