MESOPOTAMIA INQUIRY, ‘ DAILY MAIL’S ’ DEMAXD. Received October 24, 10.30 a.m. LOXDOX. Oct. 23. ‘The Daily Mail’ .states: ‘‘The Commission that is inquiring into the scandals of the Mesopotamia campaign is doing its work in a very peculiar manner. There is a growing fear that it may issue a whitewashing report.” ‘The Daily Mail’ demands that the Commission should take the evidence of Sir O’Mooro Croagh. who while Conunander-in-Ohicf in India made many recommendations which if they had been canned out would have prei vented disaster.
