It is stated that 23 nackete were stolen at Brindisi on Sunday from the outwards Indian-Australian parcels mail, containing £IBOO. BELIEF IN LONDON. Received September 29, 8.15 a.m. LONDON. Sept. 28. The Post Office has not received a report regarding the Brindisi robbery, and it is presumed that it merely affects the Continental section of the mail.
