It is reported that 50,000 Albanians are marching on Prilep, Prizrend, Tetora and Kritchevo. Fugitives arc crowding into Monastic. It is reported that the Albanians are committing terrible atrocities. Servia js hurrying reinforcements to the frontier. A company mobilised in Servia lias been despatched to support the Montenegrins at Djakova owing to repeated Albanian attacks.

Received September 29. 9.15 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 28, The Porte lias informed Greece that peace negotiations will be renewed as soon as the Bulgarian Treaty is signed. The deadlock includes the question of the restitution of Chios and Mytilene. TREATY TO BE SIGNED TO-DAY. Received September 29, 9.30 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 28. The Turko-Bulgarian peace negotiations have concluded and the treaty will be signed on Monday. Three secret protocols are supposed to concern Western Thrace.
