PUR UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. WMLLLYGTON, Sept. 29. Tho IS prisoners who, when returning from the Mount Cook brickworks to tho Terrace Gaol on Friday afternoon, insisted on halting in Upper Willis Street throe times while two of their nuinlxjr publicly complained of the quality of the bread and the insufficiency of other food, were brought before Mr J. R. Blair,, tho visiting justice, and ordered to He punished in various ways. The ringleaders will not be allowed to march through the streets in future.
