PEE UNITED TRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND. -Sept. '26. A married woman named Mm J. L. Anderson, _ a resident of Opotiki, committed suicide 011 Tuesday. Early in the morning her husband noticed h.i« wifo drinking a mixture of mustard and water and remarked to her that it was strange. She admitted that she had taken poison. A doctor attended her, but she died in tho afternoon. She was tho mother of eight children, thoyoungost being nine months -old. She had been in ill health for some time. •At the inquest a verdict was returned that death was tho result of poison, ftelf-administored.
