Sir,—vVitlx regard to the lot tor appearing in your issue of last evening complaining of hooliganism near the Town Hall, the officers of the DruicLs' Lodge wish to mako it clear that those who were stated to be beJiaving as your correspondent describes were not prosout at any time in the hall.
