JJe recently visited Miss Mary Mur-| ray, a young- woman to whom lie was engaged, awl'who lives in New Jersey. Hurrying- downstairs. Miss Murray tripped and crashed down on top of Mr Condrcn. She weighs ISA stone, while he was thin and ot verv light build. The yountr man was picked up unconscious,'with his neck broken, Miss Murray being- scarcely injured. Mr Condrcn was taken home, and the physicians believed thai he would recover. On June 10, however, they decided to send him to hospital. and seven doctors escorted him in the. ambnlanct;. Apparently he had injured his spinal cord, and death speedily followed. Miss Murray was inconsolable.
