Gore Dairy Factory.

• The adjourned meeting of shareholders of the Gore Dairy Factory was held in the Town Hall on Thursday afternoon, nineteen shareholder.", of whom Mr T, Green was elected chairman, being present. Mr Lyttle, on behalf of the sub committee appointed to make inquiries as to financing the concern, said they had nothing definite to report. They, however, recommend that a bond be prepired and signed by not less than 24 milk suppliers, each giving a guarantee of LSO. If this were done, there would be sufficient funds to carry on the concern. Mr Lyttle moved a resolution in accordance with the latter part of the Committee's recommendation. This was seconded by Mr MacGihbon ansl carried. Mr R. Dickaon moved that a committee, consisting of Mesars Falconer, Bannerman, and the mover, bo appointed to canvass »he district for bondsmen. This was seconded by Mr Lyttle and carried. The following names were put down in tba hall a« guarantors for LSO each :— Messrs I. S. Sirason, John MacGihbon, W. Bannerman, A. Richardfon. T. Brewer, T. Green, H. McLean, W, Terry, R Dirkaon, A. Aitken, J. Falconer, L. Coutts, J. Lyttle, and A. Keir. On the motion of Mr J, Mxc Gibbon, it was resolved to adjourn the meeting for a fortnight, when the report of the canvassing committee would be presented. The meeting terminated with the usual compliment to the chairman.
