Every meal I took used to cause roe great inward pain, and invariably I used to throw it up »gain. At length I had (o take all my meals perfectly dry, and in a recumbent position, but without benefit, Accidentally I got bold of one of Clements Tonic pamphlets, and nfter reading its contents, I resolved to try the medicine. After (aking the first bottle I cou'd take my food without lying down, and three bottles cured mo entitely. I can now take my fool solid and liquid together, without the slightest after pain or tendency to throw it up. I feel perfectly well and have gained considerable floah, whereas when tbe complaint was on me I was as tbin as a skeleton. My age i"b 42, and pretent weight eleven Btone four poundd.
